Your quotes, loads and change orders are training data now.

AI developers pay for real records of how work gets done. We de-identify yours, find a vetted buyer, and you grant a license. You keep ownership of everything.

  • Mutual NDA before we see a single file.
  • You approve a de-identified sample before any sale.
  • Non-exclusive by default, so you can license the same records again.

AI developers are already paying for operating records

Buyers are now competing for the records operating businesses already keep, and most owners have no idea what theirs are worth.

$1B

What AI training-data company micro1 says it will spend over the next 12 months buying and licensing companies' operational data.

$10M

What Google agreed to pay for a license to a single company's operational data.

$100K–$2M+

What a license to your company's operational data can bring in at 50 or more staff, depending on its history and how your records connect. The most unique datasets earn over $1M.

From intake to payment

You approve every record before it leaves, and nothing is delivered until the buyer and price are in writing.

See the full process

  1. Fill out the online intake

About 10 minutes in the online intake, and your answers save as you go.

  2. Introductory call

Twenty minutes, under a mutual NDA, to check fit, scope and whether a buyer is likely.

  3. Technical due diligence call

We map what data exists, where it lives, how far back it goes and how it exports.

  4. Contract meeting

We walk you through the offer and every term before you commit to anything.

  5. Sign the contract

A license limited in scope and time. You keep ownership, and the buyer and price are named.

  6. Data extraction

We pull the agreed records, review them and de-identify them. You approve a sample first.

  7. Get paid

Typically 30 to 60 days from extraction, on the schedule in your contract.

What leaves your building, and what doesn't

Removed or replaced

  • People's names, swapped for consistent stand-ins
  • Emails, phone numbers and street addresses
  • Bank, card and account numbers, tax IDs
  • Customer and supplier names, unless you choose otherwise

Kept

  • The order things happened in, with dates shifted
  • The back-and-forth: questions, pushback, revisions
  • How records link: thread to quote to order to invoice
  • Amounts, rounded or banded if you prefer

Never collected

  • HR, payroll and benefits files
  • Medical, injury and workers' comp records
  • Consumer customer data
  • Records your customer contracts keep confidential

Questions owners ask first

All questions

Do I give up my data?

No. You grant a license to a de-identified copy. Your originals stay where they are and remain yours.

Will anyone know the records came from my company?

Not unless you choose to be named. By default your company, customers, suppliers and people are replaced with stand-ins, and buyers see only your industry, size band and region.

What does it cost me?

Nothing up front. We're paid a share of the license fee, agreed in writing before any work on your records begins. If no buyer licenses your records, you owe nothing.
